Richard. Posted July 12, 2022 Report Posted July 12, 2022 Hello , Been troubleshooting a GTN750 which swaps comm frequencies without pilot action. What could cause this problem ? Have tried a different unit but still behaves the same. Has anyone come across this? Quote

M20F Posted July 12, 2022 Report Posted July 12, 2022 Haha I got to say on the one hand a brilliant move having a push to flip, never seen that. On the other hand lol how lazy can you be :-) Quote
flyboy0681 Posted July 12, 2022 Report Posted July 12, 2022 I haven't experienced that particular problem but did have a similar one a few years ago. When I pressed the display to flip the frequency, it immediately flipped back to the active frequency. This went on for the entire three hour flight and rendered the radio useless, requiring me to use COM2 the entire trip. After that flight, it never happened again. That's software for ya. 1 Quote
jetdriven Posted July 12, 2022 Report Posted July 12, 2022 To reset the 750 pull the COM1 and NAV1 circuit breakers wait about 10 seconds and then reset them 1 Quote

jetdriven Posted July 12, 2022 Report Posted July 12, 2022 I have the com flip switch. And I also have a toggle switch on the panel and on the right yoke to toggle through the memory frequencies. Push push push then flip 1 Quote
