My wife pulled me away from the airplane for a vacation to the south continent. While we're spending a few days in Argentina on the way south, she's giving me shit for spending time with you folks here on MooneySpace. "Can't you leave the Mooney alone for just a few days?"

When one can't fly one likes to keep flying in the hangar with other pilots. Here we have a gigantic hangar full of Mooneys and their owners/pilots a great bunch that despite our differences share a common respectful love of our airplanes and of aviation. We all seem to agree that as pilots we should always keep learning this is a great place to do just that.

Not much, she checks in a posts pictures. Once we get on the boat headed south, we'll be well and truly off the grid and out of range. So you won't have to put up with me stirring the pot around here for at least a week ;-)

I'm flying American right now posting, it sucks sitting in these killer seats, even first class sucks, Mooneys anytime over this crappy can, 30 minutes of 'this miserable flight left. Five hours in my Mooney is 1000% better than this.

Hmmm, I just got back from a local,flight, went around the next big lake to the west. Someone else was out lolly gagging around like me, Approach kept calling him as traffic 2-3 miles away. As I was approaching home, it was close enough to make out a reddish high-wing, but obviously not on the radio. And now I'm posting on the internet before fixing supper . . .
