Mooney down at KSLC

Looks like a gear up with a prop strike; the right main was extended ever so slightly at about 10 degrees. (It's hard to see the prop strike from the photos, but it was clearly present.)

 

Anyone know what happened? Hopefully everyone is ok.

I can't tell from the pictures if the owner did, or did not use MMO, but this is an excellent example of what happens if one does, or does not use it.

Must have been single pilot IFR in VFR conditions.

Apparently the pilot was seen pulling the airplane out of the hangar by the prop.  This was the result.

I try hard not to jump on some of these ruthless bandwagons especially after the Grace I was shown.... but as somewhat far less than minor fortune teller I see a 44709 in the pilots future....
