Well, the plane made it through annual and I just finished my transition training... retracting the gear for the first time with the Johnson bar is something I will not soon forget. These planes are amazing. I am in love with this thing! Thanks again to everyone for all the sage advice and technical  guidance! 

Hoping to get some air-to air pics after I get back from vacation.

Congrats!! And long live the J bar Mooneys. As you are aware, they still inspire passion 51 years after the last one was made.

Congrats on the plane:)

 

I remember my first solo flight in my E model after being a new airplane owner.  It was only a 1 hour XC and before take off my leg was shaking like thumper.  Once I pushed th throttle forward my leg stopped shaking and all was good from then on.:D
