Prior owner Posted September 29, 2019 Report Posted September 29, 2019 (edited) Well, the plane made it through annual and I just finished my transition training... retracting the gear for the first time with the Johnson bar is something I will not soon forget. These planes are amazing. I am in love with this thing! Thanks again to everyone for all the sage advice and technical guidance! Hoping to get some air-to air pics after I get back from vacation. 1964-M20E Posted October 1, 2019 Report Posted October 1, 2019 Congrats on the plane I remember my first solo flight in my E model after being a new airplane owner. It was only a 1 hour XC and before take off my leg was shaking like thumper. Once I pushed th throttle forward my leg stopped shaking and all was good from then on. 1 Quote
