I would have LOVED to be able to shop for the best price both for the hardware and then the avionics shop.

I tried to put 3.14159265.... but the Faa said no.  I tried to put a million digits on mooneyspace and I got angry mails that told me their browser was freezing.

I am under the impression that the M20 STC is availableand STC’d..  Since the Trutrak has just fallen off the face of the Earth for Mooney certification, I certainly hope the GFC500 is certified.  All I have to do is add about $10K to the $7000 i squirreled away for the Trutrak that was supposed to be available next month over a year ago.

as I understand it ..... the Mooney models A-G  has sliped on Garmin's next to be STC'd list.

as I recall Mooney short bodeis  +  F & G models were 3 from the top but has slipped.

I suspect by the next web publishing of the next to be STC'd  list  the Spruce Goose and Unicorns  will be ahead  of the short bodies  Mooney on  Garmin's next  to be  STC'd outlook list.
