I could say more crazy conspiracies I have heard, but those I just said are the classic ones.  I hesitate to say any of the recent ones lest yet this thread also spin off into politics.  Let me just say that we know that people in the middle ages had all kind of interesting beliefs born I guess by human needs to believe in something, in part there is logical thinking and in part there is emotional thinking.  And sometimes those two work well together and give useful outcomes.  Sometimes one of those sides needs to stop the other side to allow a person to make a useful decision.  Many people may only have one of those two circuits functioning.  It is human to struggle between them.

You mean "chemtrails", don't you?

You missed the biggest conspiracy of them all.. the United States never landed on the moon. That's my favorite, just imagine, 250,000 people who worked on the Apollo project managed to keep it under wraps all these decades.

Yes - I meant chemtrails.  Sometimes...words escape me!  I was picking my brain for like 20 minutes today trying to remember a word while writing a paper - all I could remember was emulsify which is totally wrong which sounds the same but is totally different from what I wanted which is mollify!

No - we didn't land on the Moon isn't the biggest silly conspiracy - its that the Earth is flat.  Hard to beat that one.  Although...I said I wouldn't but I please forgive me - I can't help it....recently...Jewish space lasers designed and launched to start fires in California...is impressive.

Don't get me started!

You know that a round disc is flat.  And can easily have a sphere painted on it with "realistic" shading.  The sky is a big dome with all the blue painted on it and changed for stars at night.  Didn't you ever watch Jim Carey in The Truman Show?

I dunno about you, but I've been driving in ti work every day. I did work from home 2 days in April, 0730-1645 and 0730-2320. Didn't try it again after that second go round . . . . Being in the office would have saved several hours.

I have been working from home since March.  In the last week the only time I have left the house, is 5 of the last 7 days I went XC skiing.  Oh and today I went out to take a picture of my wife in front of the very big snow man the neighbor kid built.

A fun offshoot.  Folks have been found utterly resistant to HIV. Immune, can't get it. Guys, wear your masks and stay away from people.  It really does work against the spread of COVID.  You won't have to do it that much longer, vaccines will get penetration throughout the year.
