My mission is changing (upgrading) and N44ZT is on the market.  I fly her regularly (100-150 hours per year), I defer no maintenance, and she's fresh off her annual.  She's ADSB ready, has numerous upgrades and is an IFR machine.  Contact Performance if you're interested!

If anyone's looking for a top of the line J, this is probably the one. I like that you list the UL in the ad. It's a beautiful J.

Incredible UL and a great looking plane! Not ready to upgrade yet, but I think my next plane would have to have some form of deicing protection.

Dad gets an Acclaim: https://www.controller.com/listings/aircraft/for-sale/list/category/6/piston-single-aircraft/manufacturer/mooney/model-group/acclaim

Momma gets to pick out her parachute: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=parachute

You co do a remake of "Throw Momma from the Train" . .  this would be "Throw Momma from the Plane"

FIFY

I’m actually drawn to the SR22. Not sure why but $630k feels like a bargain for a new plane these days. I can’t understand why almost all the used ones are fully loaded units. I’d take the base model plus TKS myself.

for 2 people the G3 turbo FIKI is fantastic.  If you want the useful load increase you have to step up to a G5.  I needed the useful load, wanted turbo and useful load.  The A36 was a better fit for me as the FIKI wasn't on my list.  Better weather in TX than Michigan.

FIKI g3 is rough, more so if it's a TAT as it's about 75lbs heavier than the tsio-520

I'm shocked that it's 75 lbs heavier but you would know.
