Johnson bar 200.00 very clean , Johnson bar boot looks new 25.00 .....  Trimwheel assy complete and very smooth with no resistance......200.00

FWIW, I bought some new leather rudder pedal boots from Hector and AC last year...nice product, nice price.  My '77 vinyl ones were rotted/cracked enough to see through, and of course let CO creep in.

How do they close at the top after you fit them over the rudder pedals?

No, the replacements had a big opening with Velcro edges to close them back up.
