glebeau Posted March 2, 2023 Report Posted March 2, 2023 I need to replace the brake hose on my M20K serial no 25-1198. In the parts catalog parts no 850109-073/087/093 none refers to my specific plane. On the existing hose there is a small metal plate indicating the manufacturer Stratoflex and part no but noway to find that part. Can anybody indicate what should be the correct hose. Thanks. Quote
mooniac15u Posted March 2, 2023 Report Posted March 2, 2023 When it says something like 25-0640 THRU 25-TBA it means that all s/n above 25-0640 are included. So it looks like VI and VII are both valid for your plane for part #3. Quote
PT20J Posted March 2, 2023 Report Posted March 2, 2023 Hoses are standard. All you need is the length and diameter and type of hose you want. You can order them premade or many A&Ps have the tools to make them. That looks like Stratoflex 111 hose. https://pdf.directindustry.com/pdf/parker-stratoflex/stratoflex-111-hose-products-aerospace-industry/17715-69146.html 1 Quote
OR75 Posted March 2, 2023 Report Posted March 2, 2023 (edited) that top number (that end in 380S) is your part number the string of numbers and letters define the length / type of hose / type of fittings that you need (for example 0380 = 38.0 inches) Edited March 2, 2023 by OR75 Quote
