Yes, according to the email from Dave and Ruth. It was changed due to the hurricane.

Dave and Ruth Taisch communicate thru email. If you want to know about the florida lunch group happenings, follow WAFI's advice and ask Dave and Ruth to put you on their email list and voila, you will receive all their correspondences.

They mentioned that Gary used to broadcast their schedule on MS…

Unfortunately, Gary has visited MS less and less as the years go on…

Dear Mooney Enthusiast,

The weather for our last event was great VFR.  We had 11 Mooneys and 1 Bonanza bring 21 people to Williston for a great event.

Our next event, weather permitting, is this Saturday, November 12, at Sebring (SEF).  There is a storm developing in the Atlantic that could affect the event, so check your e-mail on Friday evening for an update from me.

All events start at 11:30.

Future events:

November 12, Sebring, (SEF).

December 10. Lakeland, ( LAL ) at the new Waco restaurant in the old terminal building.  We are supposed to be able to park on the ramp in front of           the building.  If that is unavailable for any reason, park at the FBO and it is a short walk to the reataurant.  We will be sitting on the porch to be          able to sit together.

January, 14, Leesburg, ( LEE ).  We will car pool to our house for lunch, then weather permitting run model trains.

I have called both the airport and restaurant in Sebring and they have gotten through the storm with no problems and are expecting us for lunch tomorrow.  So, please come and join us for a good time.


The airport is selling fuel for $5.20 self serve, $5.65 out of the truck.
