I have lusted after a Mooney for years. Finally I am at a point in my life that I can make it possible. My wife even supports it - sort of. Unfortunately, I've never flown one and she is concerned that I'll sell the plane I have (and love) for a Mooney and I won't like it. So.... I was wondering if there is anyone in SE Michigan that I could tag along with. Perhaps a Saturday morning breakfast run or something like that - I'll buy, even pitch in fuel.

I got a feeling of dejavu....see "Test-Drive" thread in this forum a few days ago.

Hmmm. I guess that makes two of us in SE Michigan looking for A Mooney. BTW - I fly out of PTK.

What kind of Mooney are you looking for?  Short body, mid, or long body?  Turbo or non-turbo?

What are you flying now?

 

what are you looking to do that you can't do now?

That looks like a telephone number that can be dialed on that old, like-named, telecom device.  :)
