In this day and age of internet shopping, I find it difficult to find parts and prices for my '75F.  I want to point and click.  Most recently I've been curious as to the cost of a master switch.  Aircraft spruce has the split Cessna switch just one mouse click away with a price.  None for a Mooney. I failed to find one on Lasar as well.  Google yielded nothing.  Adding a part number from the Mooney parts book sent me to an old Honeywell rocker switch. Using a J model part number at least got me to actual Mooney products.

Here's my question. Where are the easiest places on the interwebs to find parts and prices?

Thanks

Jason

Mooney sells Mooney specific parts through their Mooney Service Centers. I don't know of any of them who have a website that is Amazon style friendly but Joey Cole, Don Maxwell, LASAR, AGL and other MSCs can get you prices. Most will probably be able to drop ship if it is not something in stock.

I appreciate your response.  I do know about all of those places. You did describe what I want though.  An Amazon type website with prices.  Oh well.  Time to pick up the old rotary phone.

I called maxwell about a prop cable. He knew the part number from memory and shipped it to my house. Not Amazon but pretty darn close.

LASAR did the same thing with a nose gear part that I wasn't even sure what I needed . . . Yay, Dan the Parts Man!

I have a 1975F myself. Ebay seems to have a F few parts here and there. I normally just email Dan at LASAR and he takes care of what I need though. (parts-mods@lasar.com)

Calling Lasar or sending an email ensures the exact right part gets sent.

Better than Amazon in most aviation cases, even the battery minder I bought wasn't there...

You can call and email A. Spruce and they will find the parts to sell to you, when they don't list them in the catalog or on line...

Best regards,
