My favorite part about this nasty photo is that Black Bikini Chic is holding up a 40lb. slab of Green Bikini Chic...Teamwork!

I just feel bad for that poor concrete slab. Think about how much loading is on those little points of contact...

I spent 3 AMU plus my time. New surfaces, refinished plastics. No one will mistake it for Hector's work but it is pretty nice.

(All the gray is leather.)

Sorry you won't be around when I fly up to KMRN next month. I would have liked to seen all of the work.

Where do you keep them Chris? That's enough hides do two Mooney interiors and then some!

Assuming you take care of them so they don't have too much scarring from insects, parasites, ticks, lice or barbed wire damage.

That is beyond reasonable. My kick panels are fine. Who did your seats?

Dave's Trim, Morganton NC, a one man shop. Dave mostly does classic and hot rod cars. He's replaced a couple of headliners for me. My cars, pu truck, unlike my airplane, are parked in the sun.

Are these the same cuties you had in your pick up a while ago? How is the tailgate by the way?

Yes Ross. I agree it's pretty inexpensive if it's 600$ for all four seats. But it is for fabric with vinyl.

I read it to be 600$ for the set. Set being one seat/back combo.

She spitballed the prices for me. 150 each for fronts and 200 for the back. So it was 500 total. I asked about foam and she said that would be extra. I said so I can get the whole thing with perforation and foam for about six hundred and she said yes definitely.

This is a Mooney worth something in the 20s with a nice looking 30 year old paint job so I'd like to see how nice I can make it without over improving it. Their work is really top notch. I couldn't replicate it with airtex I think.

The stretch marks are the real issue.

I did my whole interior in "pleather" and repainted all my interior plastic for less then $1,000. It's not perfect, but looks a lot better then it did. Plus, I learned a lot about my plane in the process. Member of CB society. Marauder, I thought of you tonight on my last case of the day (Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, 24yo that was 333lbs) Troy

I am still wanting to know where leather hides were going for $200.  The best I found is $250.   I am thinking of splurging and doing the lower side panels as leather over alum.

Clarence - you need to keep your options open. This is a whole new group herd er, group.

As for the tailgate, it was surgically removed from Amanda.
