aviatoreb Posted January 17, 2013 Report Posted January 17, 2013 Is it me, or is the blogging activity on here up markedly in these deepest coldest, snowiest, most icy of months? I think we are blogging instead of flying. And why not? When Jack Frost bites its more comfortable and maybe safer some days to chat with each other about flying - I am by my wood burning stove, red wine at my side. Quote

I fly just as much in winter! Just spend less time cleaning my plane or being out Quote

Marauder Posted January 17, 2013 Report Posted January 17, 2013 For me, typing away makes my wife think I am working. Shhh... Otherwise that ever growing "Honey Get It Done" list will show up. Quote
Oscar Avalle Posted January 17, 2013 Report Posted January 17, 2013 The honey get it done list is dangerous! I always wonder why they can not understand that sometimes you just like to "hang out" (quoting my teenage son)... Quote
yvesg Posted January 17, 2013 Report Posted January 17, 2013 When honey asks me something that would take more than 5 minutes here is my answer: I will put it on my todo list (Which contains everything outstanding, not only her stuff). Make sure the list is two pages long at least and show it to her! Yves C-FQKM Quote

aviatoreb Posted January 18, 2013 Author Report Posted January 18, 2013 Must of brought the cold down with you... Maybe it's time to head home and take the cold weather with you! Sitting by the wood stove, fuzzy dog and fuzzy bunny by my side. -6F outside and due to hit -18F tonight. I chaired the village airport committee meeting tonight and then went to the hangar to grab my data cards for updates. I flew two days ago and maybe I will fly again on Monday. Right now I am warm and cozy. Quote
