New Forum Look??

I have been known to blow past general announcements. So if there's been a discussion on this I totally missed it....

Logged in today and went to click my usual "Unread" button and it was gone! (Oh NO!!...)  Realized there was a new look and some things were moved around.  Haven't spent enough time to know yet if I like it or not.  But first impressions are that it's a nice clean look.

It all started in the "Bugs" section. Craig implemented the new update, changed the look and corrected several issues in one fell swoop.

I liked the old look, but then I'm adverse to change. I would still be using Windows XP if I could...

Yeah I had to update to a newer version of our forum software (IPBoard) for security reasons.  Along with that upgrade we had issues with the old themes as they were not compatible.

I am going to make a general announcement about it now.

The Unread button is my favorite…

Working even better now than before…

The old version had a hard time showing exactly where you were at…

It put the blue line in the right place…. But the viewer was a bit off from there…. The hunt for the blue line was a manual thing…. That required good memory of what you already read…. Memory is not my specialty… 

 

What I would like next…. The other un-read button…. The one that would help with some of the pics Marauder posted…. Kind of an un-see button…
