jetdriven Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 I have not tried Halos, but anything in my ear hurts badly after a few minutes, walkman headphones, etc. all of them. They don't work for everyone. Quote: flyboy0681 Some people have no shame, but I'm convinced there's a special place reserved in hell for them. You need to get out of the 1960's mindset and pickup a pair of Halo's. My instructor bought a pair two weeks ago and after yesterday's flight was still raving about their comfort.
Piloto Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 At suspected locations I put a sign on the window that reads "Dave I'll be back in 1/2 hour with the engine bolts" I also leave a couple of wrenches on the seat for credibility. So far no problems. José
Hank Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 Gary, your J sure has a lot of knobs and dials . . . . . . but a smile like hers is worth it. boy, gotta watch that mouse button--it posted once for each word in the original message!
201guy Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 I traded up my Lightspeed XLC-25 for a Zulu. I traded up my wife's set for the Sierra. We can't tell any difference in the sound management. Both are light and very comfortable.
