I'll bet cash money that those dogs don't sniff a damn thing, but respond to subliminal cues from their handlers.  Dogs can sense all sorts of stuff about us, way more than we realize.  and the only thing they want to do more than eat and screw is please their alpha.

I think it does.  The government typically gives clear title and issues it's own deed on seized real estate. The government typically "negotiates" with the lien holders.

If you watch the handler.   He will use the alternative (usually a tennis ball) target to get the dog to do a false hit.   The dog is equally excited about the drugs that have been taught to sniff and the ball.

I didn’t benefit from the vacuum bag, but I don’t think it went in the trash, or to waste.

I was just blown away that they sold it in that condition. It literally looked like straw on the floor of a horse stable.

International flights landing anywhere in the USA should have minimal practiced homeland security and safety measures. Flights landing at small fields near the Norther border don't necessarily arrive from Canada. I've seen them come in from all over the world. I wish that the US would catch-up to the Canadians and create a program similar to "CANPASS" where you can just boogie if customs don't show up within an allotted time window upon your arrival. Hell, currently with a NEXUS card an international mariner can make landing ANYWHERE along the Great Lakes so long that they phone in their arrival. Using the CBP R.O.A.M. app a pleasure boater can do about the same. Hopefully the CBP ROAM app will become like CANPASS in the near future for aviators.
