New Years resolutions

Going to the airport to fly 3 airplanes.  Trying to lower the cost of flying, the first one today will about $20K.  By years end they may become affordable.

1. IFR ticket because even only after a few months of Mooney ownership, I've only logged two solo flights. I'm sick of shoveling out the front of my hanger...

2. Working a ton of OT to pay for the: IFR rating, panel rearrangement, 430W, and a massive donation to the overhaul charity fund (I'm at about 2100 SMOH).

2. Get my CFI

3. work as a flight instructor this summer

4. Get married in July

5  Have a great honeymoon

I don't think I can top my 275.9 flight hours in 2016 and keep my day job.  But there are a few goals for 2017.

1. Commercial Rating
2. Get the 252 panel upgrade finished, injectors sorted, LOP operations worked out.
3. Do some long weekend flights such as Austin, TX to Churchill, Canada.
4. Spend the full week at Oshkosh.
