I recently moved to the Northern Kentucky area for work and just flew my plane into its new home at I67 (Cincinnati West) where I will be hangaring. Looking for some pilots to do some formation flying with or going to get some hundred dollar hamburgers once this Covid stuff is over.

Welcome! I'm training at LUK, ready for my PPL checkride whenever I can get that scheduled. Looking to possibly buy in the next 6 months, once I get through instrument training.

Awesome sounds like we have a good group around here!  Anyone have formation experience?  I recently got my FFI Wingmen card so hoping to find a group to fly with to keep my skills sharp.  Also happy to teach formation to anyone who is interested.

You can meet up halfway. Looks like 9V6 Martin SD is equidistant for youall.:D

I'm down south of  Louisville  6i2 gas is pretty cheep here!! I've done a bit of formation flying in the past, but no formal training. Love to get some training.

Awesome.  I am a member of the caravan too so happy to get you some training.  Hopefully we can get a few more that are up for some formation work and get a good squad going in the area.

Is there somewhere we could meet and maintain social distancing.  Somewhere with a bunch of picnic tables outside?   Or a place with a restaurant that we could book full at the current restricted capacity?  Like Hangar 5 at BAK and the place at LUK?
