An old CFI friend of mine that flew KC-135 tankers in the Air Force said they kept a sign in their squadron toilet that said " If your fuel probe appears to be a little short,  fly closer to the tanker before unloading"

The flight school had a sign above the toilet that read "If you experience low flow or manifold pressure please stand closer to the toilet."

A few weeks ago the industrial grade espresso machine at work (the thing weighs about 70kg dry - yes, we go through a lot of espressos / cappuccinos) got a sign saying "do not wash utensils under hot water spout" (the hot water spout is for making tea / hot chocolate / etc).  And I thought the one that said "no toilet paper in urinals" was pushing it.  You can't make this stuff up.

The FBO I learned at in the late 80's had a "Flush Twice, it is a long way to the FAA" sign in their facilities.

I saw a sign at Doylestown airport (DYL) in the bathroom. It's a single stall bathroom:

If you are male and standing, and using the toilet, it states something like "If you are reading this you are in the WOMEN'S restroom"

The women's room is the first bathroom down the hall from flying, and not clearly marked. Obviously many guys go in there, and then realize they are using the women's room.  The restroom for men is the second door.

I still laugh from that one.
