I've never liked the "Bravo" lettering on the tail of my Bravo.Something about the funky block font combined with a swoop that I didn't like.Last month my wife and I flew to Crater lake and while at Klamath Falls airport,I noticed a Bonanza that had a cool red angry bird with "welcome aboard" above the baggage door.I took a pic and sent to Bonal with a request to see if he could do the art work.Sure he says ,and after deciding the black "bomb" angry bird would look better ,Bonal hand painted in water color ...

Originally the above was a study ,and John I planned to hand paint the above on the tail...than he had a great idea..why not digitize and produce a computer graphic

It looked ok...but body of "bomb"was too big...and didn't fit the rivet line so we reduced Callie's graphic on a printer...70% turned out to fit best

Looks great!   

 

What material/adhesive did you ask calli graphic for?   I’d love to add some nose or tail art to the Meridian.    What stands up to the speeds and flight levels?
