My airplane is there right now for an annual, and there was a full crew working when I flew her up there on Saturday. No reason for them to be closed today. Maybe they are too busy to answer the phone, but it is highly unusual for them not to answer the phone no matter how busy they are. The office staff are not involved with actually working on aircraft.

Dan has told me they have phone problems just like this in the past - months ago, so it surprising they continue to have them. But I am sure that's all it is. I'd suggest emailing when you can't get through.

I emailed yesterday, no response.

luckily we found the parts at Cole in GA.

I talked to Dan in Parts this afternoon (Eastern Time).

Chances are if the phone lines are inop, so is their internet service so they won't be able to access their email either

I spoke to them (parts) twice yesterday with no issue.  He did mention that his online link to the factory was acting up but we were able to order parts.

funny as I sent email on Tuesday, nothing.... called Wednesday, got their computer switchboard, selected Dan and it rang and rang.  IA called Joey Cole and got the parts (rebuild kit for flap pump).

He will be reassembling it today and tomorrow.
