Sorry 'bout your troubles but consider yourself lucky. In a J or newer a MLG blowout translates into a buggered up inner landing-gear door. Many have patches and repairs (both of mine do) and replacements are close to 1AMU each.

That's why it's prudent to pay extra for the Michelin Air-Stop tubes.

when I bought my F it had the attachment hardware for inner gear doors but no inner gear doors!!

You can always get your 3-4 knots back by installing the STC fiberglass gear doors. too bad the fiberglass shop that LASAR uses has cheaped out so bad, they require some significant reinforcement with carbon fiber to remain closed at speed.

I think the scallop on the edges is from the tire not rotating exactly in the direction of movement. That could be from misalignment on landing (x-wind) or a whole lot of turning or a lot of wobble at high speed.

If that is an Airhawk tire I'd change it right away, the carcass is so thing it wouldn't take much to puncture it.  Look for the thread on replacing a tire that took almost a month and he was stranded at home.  Imagine the joy of a flat tire while away from home.

I've been running Airhawks for almost 20 years on my Mooney. Been great. If I let renters fly the plane I might worry about spending more but as long as it's me lightly kissing the mains on Airhawks have been perfect. Can't see spending more

On our retractable gear, particularly if you change tire brands/models, be sure to jack the plane and cycle the gear a few times to be sure you have clearance. Not all tire are the same.

It's not that Airhawks are bad tires, when they get a good flat spot there is not much tire thickness remaining and a puncture is more of a possibility.
