You may be stuck having to buy the entire assembly, but you could give them a call and see if they'd break it down and sell individual parts...

I don't have a M20C parts catalog, but this listing below looks like hit had expanded parts number for individual components.  But before using those, I'd recommend confirming with a proper parts catalog.

Mine is broken too.  Guessing every one you find will be broken... but perhaps repairable.  It wasn't a very robust design (those metal tubes hanging off the plastic piece).

That’s weird. I’m pretty sure mine is all metal. Same components but not plastic. The of flapper in my passenger butterfly valve is half missing but other than that the system has been very durable, especially given the high temps it endures. At the max heat setting, my system  puts out near 200° at the center vent.. cannot imagine plastic withstanding those kind of output temps for any period of time but apparently it does.

This can easily be made from fiberglass.  You will need flame retardant resin and antimony trioxide (as extra flame retardant - hard to find) however.

What are the chances of making an owner produced part? Fiberglass or even vacuum form.

100%.    Work with your A&P/IA so there are no surprises.
