EricJ
Flight Chops and Matt Guthmiller. A few others pop up once in a while, but these guys both seem consistently good and worth watching. Flight Chops is always informative, technical and educational, and Guthmiller is just an interesting aviation diversion.
Greg Ellis
Flight Chops, Matt Guthmiller, Kermit Weeks, Lewdix Aviation, MzeroA, P1D, Aviation 101, Angle of Attack, Baron Pilot, Mikey McBryan (From Ice Pilots; Has a great series on restoring a D-Day DC-3 just in time for the anniversary), Just Plane Silly, Martin Pauly, Steveo1Kinevo, The Flying Reporter (UK pilot). If you want a good weather channel to watch try Meteorology Lab/Tim Vasquez (breaks down the weather every day around the country with special emphasis in Texas since he is from here). I don't always watch all of these. But these are one's I have watched and am currently subscribed to. If they do something that catches my interest I will watch them. 1

gsxrpilot
That's a great list @mgtrevor. It's amazing to me how the production and editing quality has drastically improved over the last year. Of course cameras have gotten much better as well. But editing and production just takes time and effort. I'm sure its the ad revenue and monetization that allows these content creators to raise the production quality to this level. I know I'm certainly enjoying the fruits of their labor. And if YouTube and sponsors can fund it, I'm happy for that as well.

This is a new one for me. And I'm really enjoying it. He flies his Meridian much like I like to fly my 252 when able. And there's good information and detail about weather evaluation and flight planning. Thanks!

My one addition to the "joy of flying" category would be Stefan Drury's channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCG1HLA8IEqZ09_C_7u5tUjQ - Cirrus pilot in Australia (sometimes UK). He's planning a trip around the world right now. Easy to watch

Nick Pilotte
Aviation 101, Guido, Dick Rochfort, Malibu Flyer, and Air Safety Institute here. I have watched some of Niko’s Wings but for some reason I felt like his videos are sensationalized. I feel like I’ve seen him declare more emergencies than most people have in their lifetime.
