Call Sign Question

Was traveling around the Soutn over the weekend, napping and watching College Football more than the news. 

Coming past Atlanta, I heard a plane call for and receive Clearance, takeoff and step-climb to 11,000 before I changed frequencies. Seems the first course was 320° or thereabouts. What caught my attention was the callsign of "Presidential 4."

Any idea who was traveling around? The plane took off from an outlying field in metro Atlanta, but I don't think it was ATL.

According to Wikipedia, that's the callsign for Presidential Aviation.

Probably took off out of Dobbins ARB north of ATL and just south of KRYY.

Hey now, don't be pickin on the good folks that live in Chautauqua County, New York.....just happens to be the birthplace of Chautauqua Airlines in the early 70's.

Look up N461DG, it's an RV-12, but the model is now "Air Force 1".... He called the FAA and they had no problem with it
