The very low engine time and MT prop should really help the sale. Great looking plane. What is the useful load?

Useful load = 867

I would have expected a higher useful load.

I was thinking the same thing.

It does have the Speed brakes, the inter cooler, and a full King stack plus the Garmin

My 252 was in a similar situation. The previous owner (19 years) had just added and added. So when I bought it, it seemed like there was enough stuff in the panel for three airplanes. I started selling off parts within hours of getting it home. It's now in the shop for a final avionics cleanup and refresh. I might get 50 lbs of UL out of the job. :o
