Wakeup Posted September 25, 2016 Report Posted September 25, 2016 Went to the Trump Rally tonight then followed his caravan to the airport to see him fly off. I was surprised to see him not using his big airplane. 1 Quote
Guest Posted September 25, 2016 Report Posted September 25, 2016 Perhaps he's parked the 757 in anticipation of an upgrade. Clarence Quote
Hank Posted September 25, 2016 Report Posted September 25, 2016 Maybe ROA isn't suitable for a 757? It's also in a bowl, surrounded by mountains. Quote
plumberpilot Posted September 25, 2016 Report Posted September 25, 2016 Oh yeah his 757 can land here. He was here with it a few weeks ago. He's a bidnus man why spend the extra cash when it's not needed. 1 Quote
XXX Posted September 25, 2016 Report Posted September 25, 2016 Maybe he's Putting in Gami's for LOP operations or installing an AOA. 2 Quote
DaV8or Posted September 25, 2016 Report Posted September 25, 2016 Maybe his campaign is running low on funds... Quote
MB65E Posted September 25, 2016 Report Posted September 25, 2016 Ha! He probably was finally able to re-register the Citation. It lapsed earlier this year. -Matt 1 Quote

Trump would never be caught dead looking at an AoA indicator, or even thinking about AoA. He knows more than anybody about flying and aerodynamics, the plane just does whatever he commands. It wouldn't dare stall or even approach critical AoA, so why worry about it? 3 Quote
Diesel 10 Posted September 25, 2016 Report Posted September 25, 2016 Hmm, and this has what to do with "a general discussion of Mooney aircraft" ? 2 Quote

Because Trump will be much better for General aviation, including Mooney. An example of the Obama-Hillary Clinton line of thinking is what then Mayor Daly did to Meigs Field in Chicago. They think aviation is nothing but a toy for the so called privileged class. I don't think Hillary's husband felt that way but I have always felt that Bill was fundamentally mainstream and centrist. Obama and Hillary have disdain for us. 1 Quote

Wakeup Posted September 27, 2016 Author Report Posted September 27, 2016 I'm doing the Trump-Hillary drinking game and I was drunk after 5 minutes. It's sad that in this great country we have, we have to choose between these two! 7 Quote

Just remember, eight hours bottle to throttle. Quote

Piloto Posted September 27, 2016 Report Posted September 27, 2016 (edited) Smiley Hillary's secret is her new dentures . That's what keeps her on the lead. I heard that Dr. Muela Rota DMD from Salsipuedes Mexico did her dentures and also those of El Chapo. Edited September 27, 2016 by Piloto Quote
N9201A Posted September 28, 2016 Report Posted September 28, 2016 Forget the teeth...and the policy questions. What she REALLY needs to ask Donald - and can get help with - is "who does your hair?" 1 Quote
