  1. I kind of forget because it was 12 years ago, but I think that after exhausting every possible clever way to find them on my own commercially, I ended up buying them from LASAR.
  2. Just giving this one a bump. $10 shipping in the continental US. That's all.
  3. Good question. I know they're worth something, but what's fair I have no clue. I do know the 40-1 gears new were about $900. I'm not out to get top dollar or anything and do just want them gone, so make me an offer.
  4. The avionics shop mounted it outside.
  5. I have PayPal if that's OK. Everything I have to sell is now posted in these classifieds. PM me to complete the deal.
  6. This is the factory Mooney service manual for all M20C, D, E and F until 1967 complete. In a binder for those that aren't thrilled with a PDF on a computer/tablet. $30 including shipping. In the continental US only.
  7. Stuff left over from upgrades. All of it working when removed. Original Lycoming oil pressure and oil temp senders and injection nozzles. Breakers, a switch, Hobbs meter, etc. All FREE plus shipping.
  8. I bought new locks to make my baggage door and cabin door the same key. These are the old locks and the work fine. They just need a Mooney to go on. FREE plus $10 shipping.
  9. A few years back, I upgraded my Dukes gear actuator to a 40 to 1 gear set and the guys at LASAR said these old gears were in really good shape, so they returned them and I kept them. Now they need to go. I hope somebody can use them. Anybody interested?
  10. I know this may be just electronic waste at this point, but maybe somebody could use it. It was working fine when removed to upgrade to the 407 ELT. It probably needs a new battery by now. FREE plus shipping.
  11. This is a rig I came up with to elevate and safely hold the nose gear off the ground for annuals and removing the nose wheel. The solid steel bar has a flat section welded on where you can lift the nose with a bottle jack, then rest on the stands and remove the bottle jack. There is enough clearance between the end of the axle and the left side stand to remove the wheel. Very handy and should work on any M20. $75 plus shipping.
  12. This may fit other engines, IDK. The charging went out on my Mooney and rather than spend time diagnosing the cause, I just replaced the generator with an alternator from Plane Power. Because of this, I don't know if the problem was with the generator, or regulator, or maybe some wiring. It's usually the regulator. This generator has about 300 hours on it since it was field overhauled. If anybody can use it, that would be great. $50 obo plus shipping.
  13. Sold my Mooney and no longer can use these. Use these to check the pre-load tension on the main gear of all M20s and the nose gear on manual gear M20s. The nose gear tool has never been used and the main gear tool has been used about 7-8 times. Almost new. $200 including shipping to the continental US.
  14. Sold my Mooney and no longer can use this. No tools needed to break it down and fold up to go with you. Weighs 21 lbs. Works perfectly. Excellent condition. It fits all M20s I slightly modified it from original to have a quick release handle to break the power unit from the drive unit fast with no tools. (see photos) Great upgrade. $1550 including shipping to the continental US.
  15. I haven't gotten anything yet, but I am shopping. My mission and flying has changed quite a lot since I bought my Mooney. I pretty much fly by myself just for fun and relaxation. No more IFR, or night even. A fair weather flyer that still loves the view. I'm looking for a Vans RV-9A I think. It is the top contender. Something like that anyhow.
