Hoskins FT101 won't reset

My M20K has a factory installed Hoskins FT101. It displays flow correctly but will not reset the totalizer. Recently the fuel totalizer went over 999.9, so now the totalizer just displays a giant period with no numbers.

I would like to be able to rest it per flight so I know what I'm using. Any ideas?

Try pulling the breaker to reset the memory

If pulling the CB does not help try pulling out the inline fuse next to the battery in the back. This fuse is use on the wire that feeds the clock and the overhead lights. On some devices the memory is connected directly to the battery to keep it working with Master off.

I will give it a try. I've tried holding down the reset button a number of times. Is there some sort of trick to reset it, like I have to have memory off while holding button greater than a certain number of seconds?

Have you tried holding the switch to the right like you are deducting gallons instead of adding ?

Tony, I think you are referring to the Shadin, not the Hoskins.
