Damage history from 20 years back, repaired properly, airworthy and flying the whole time since, in my opinion has no effect on value.

 

I know nothing about this plane.

Damage history always has some negative value, although it may not be much. If you had two planes exactly alike, except one had damage history, which one you prefer.

After 20yrs properly repaired damage wouldn't mean a thing IMO, there would always be other important differences in engine, avionics etc. most often, "properly repaired" means newer parts than the plane that didn't have repairs.
