I'm sure I missed a bunch but where magazines do you subscribe to?  Right now I subscribe to AOPA Pilot, IFR magazine, Flying magazine, and MAPA Log.  I also read the Mooney Flyer.

There are tons of them. Most of the, are interesting.

I subscribe to Flying, plane and pilot, aviation consumer, aviation safety, IFR refresher and IFR.

I subscribe to very few magazines anymore. I do get the MAPA Log and Sport Aviation. The rest of my reading is by searching for articles on the web that I'm specifically looking for. That way I get to read what really interests me and not the majority of the fluff in aviation mags.

Paul you forgot the most important one: Aviation Week & Space Technology. It is my favorite. It covers a wide range of aviation subjects not covered by the GA magazines and is not boring.

The only one I never had a subscription to was IFR Refresher because I just didn't see the difference between that one and IFR Magazine. I don't get AOPA Pilot anymore because that seems geared to newer students. I used to get Aviation Safety but that started to seem redundant as well...there really are only a dozen or so ways that GA pilots kill themselves, and these show up in all the "Never Again" columns and accident reports that are covered elsewhere.

One that I've recently discovered (although it's been around for a long time) is Air Facts Journal, an online magazine that (I believe) is run/edited by Richard Collins of Flying Magazine fame. It's got a good selection of articles and interest pieces that I don't see in other places. Check it out at http://airfactsjournal.com.
