"Its" is correct for the possessive.

Yes, the operating costs seemed a bit optimistic.  I believe they were quoting avgas at $3.65 (or close to it.  The website is currently down)  --If only I could find avgas under $4 per gallon.

Continental advertises their IO550 reman at $35k and does not mention $10k in R&R costs...
