Just turned 60. Yikes!! A/C used for family trips and business but kids are grown and retirement looms large. Thinking of downsizing to a Super Cub on floats just for fun flying.

For sure. This one has been really great. Fast, well equipped, well maintained, economical and solid. Great personal A/C. Not the most comfortable 4 seater but then again, you're not in it for long! Nice Ovation! I was born in NJ. Still fly down the shore alot. Miss that Taylor Pork Roll.

I was hoping that (for some crazy reason) you wanted to trade your MSE for a gently used '67 C Model so you could fully experience the famous manual gear system.  If that was the case I was going to make the sacrifice to help you out...  :D

Let me know and where for the NJ fly in. I'm there. I flew right seat in an older Mooney with the Johnson bar. That plane flew as nice as mine. I really think Mooney got it right from the beginning.

Put your C on floats and it might be a deal! ;)

BTW, a Mooney on floats has never been done as far as anyone I have asked knows. You could be first!

I had a dream the other night and there was a Mooney on combination flyng hull and floats in the dream.  :P

I was not flying it but it was neat looking.  I tried to hold on to it as I woke up but is slipped through my hands.

Was asking $150,000.00 becase it's really nice but I guess after further review that's a bit optimistic on my part with 1922TT AF&E. Engine is running strong and smooth. Just bore scoped at oil change and compressions checked. All 75+. (I fly over the Great Lakes so the engine gets alot of attention). I would seriously consider $139,000.00. A/C is not currently listed.

This is a first run engine so Airpower, Inc. has some pretty interesting deals on factory remans. Plane qualifies for the IO390 STC conversion or a zero time IO360A3B6 with split mags.

I answered someone's inquiry about the AeroKart but I guess it didn't get posted. I would recommend this tug. Plenty of power, easy to use and good traction with the dual tires. I asked them to build it that way and they did. Well worth the small price diff.

All things being equal, I went with theAeroKart based on how it looked. I have not been dissappointed with it other than a wire that became dislodged from the internal connector. I ordered a new control board before I figured out that it was just a loose wire.  It has performed flawlessly since and is very easy to hook up and operate. I would buy it again.

OK, so here's the deal....for MooneySpace folk ONLY.

I'll sell my 'not for sale' '94 Mooney MSE for $150K, this month only. It's kinda nice, also. :) I'm the original owner; it's got 1,300 hours on a first run engine, Maxwell annuals for the last 12 years or so, new paint, complete Aero Comfort new leather interior, 530W, and lots of other stuff.

Photos are in my gallery.

Only two qualifiers:

1) Zero quibbling on the price...firm, firm, firm! PPI is always a good idea, but price would still be...firm, firm, firm.

2) Parker's Encore is still for sale.

Offer is valid during June, 2013 only, and is subject to me changing my mind.
