Pictures for the poll following this post for opinions on a paint scheme

I am planning a paint job and would like to hear the opinion of the mooniacs. 
I can’t  promise I will use the top voted scheme but interesting to see where my preferences fall among the masses 

Attached are the five I am noodling with.

I definitely have a favorite but I will keep that to myself for now. 
I will post a poll also to vote for selections 1-5, in the order they are posted.

I will contribute editing the scheme and post the top and bottom views once its finalized.

Im open to suggestions as well.

I had to zoom in to tell a difference between #1 and #2. Since the stripes in #2 are wider, that's the one I like. Orange highlights look great with most blues, but yours looks black rather than navy; orange goes well with both.

Since you're open to input, I don't care for dark colors on the upper cowling or the gear doors and belly.  I prefer white (or lighter colors).  On a newer really straight and smooth Acclaim it might be OK but I prefer white with accents, especially on an older bird.  As far as the images posted I prefer the top rendering.  On the other renderings the wider slash above the N5 draws your eye immediately to the slash and away from the plane.  For me, the top rendering elongates the plane and makes it look sleek (which it is); I see a fast sleek plane and not the slash.

The solid colors are deep gray and black. The accents are really what I’m noodling with. 
it’s modeled after the picture below. 

I just want to play with accents.

I like the looks of a while cowling, but enjoy the less reflection you get with a darker color. 
I like the belly dark, but the wings to be white.

Just a thought.  Consider making the aft stripe over the 4PR a light  shade of the section over the N5. So the stripe would transition dark, lighter, light.  Might add a couple of knots that way….at least in my head it does.

That Orange ish color… May I recommend a copper metallic?? 
The swoosh on the tail I feel is overdone these days. While it looks great still, it would be neat to revise the tail a bit.

I like the gray accents. Then your interior can be any color or change colors down the road and still look like it was all planned together.

Definitely wanted the orange to be copper/rust vs orange. 
interior is going to be a caramel brown with black headliner and carpet.

Well then I guess you're not open to solid Deep Carrot Orange (a saw a caravan this way, kind of cool) or solid Kelly Green?

The top/bottom colors question things is interesting. I think light on top and dark on bottom improves conspicuity, though your point about glare is important... Maybe a matte finish on the top cowl. 

I like the scheme overall. 

Regarding stripes, maybe a fade of adjacent stripe colors? Kind of retro like old BMW...

Most planes I see like this are high wing. My cowl is the same almost-white as the upper fuselage, wings and empennage. It's not a problem flying in the southern sun because I can barely see the hump behind the propeller. And yes, I already sit on a 2" wedge cushion.

This looks like it’s modeled after the original ultra scheme, but you sharpened it, and made it look better. 
that looks nice.

I would keep the stripes/secondary colors off handles and control surfaces, to reduce extra weight on the surfaces and touch up around the handles easier.

I vote for #4, I always liked metallic gray with black. I like the 3D N numbers but I would suggest those should lean forward and not aft (backwards). 

This was suggested to me when I pained my plane by well know shop in CA, I went with their recommendation and was not sorry. Good luck.

How about the rear black swoosh on the tail being purple metal flake and rear red swoosh being lambo burnt orange.  Man I like both the burnt orange and purple together. Rear Bear
