Went to takeoff and on takeoff, after putting gear up, the gear horn buzzer came on was during climbing so had full throttle and 100mph airspeed...any ideas or what I need to check for, tried to reset CB to no avail, after a minute it went out but did the same thing on next departure..

Yeah, I’ve had that happen. Good chance your throttle switch is stuck. It’s a small micro switch attached to the throttle, just behind the panel.  Pretty accessible from underneath.maybe just lube and exercise, maybe it needs adjusting or came loose from its spot.

Also, there should be a gear warning cb that will shut off that horn if it stays on because it will sap every drop of SA you might have.

I went two winters like that, thinking it was the microswitch on the gear and putting a heater under it in the mornings to help. It just got worse and worse. Turned out my pucks needed to be changed--this becomes obvious as temperatures fall, then magically goes away when it warms up again. then comes back with a vengeance when it cools off again.

Fortunately, there's an easy test for this in the MM. Also, check the date molded into your pucks, but take a photo instead of trying to read it, because mine were upside down and I read it as "09/96" and thought I was good [back in 2012], but it was really "06/69" when they were removed . . . .

Thanks, I don't see the connection between the pucks and the horn, as there's no electrical contacts...what am I missing

That sounds like an electric gear issue.  I take it yours is manual?  As @Ragsf15e mentioned, it’s probably the switch on the throttle sticking so it thinks that the throttle is at idle even when it’s not.

If the wheels aren't fully in the well, the microswitch won't make, and the buzzer sounds continuously.

Could be either manual or electric gear. That throttle switch works the same.  I also haven’t heard the pucks causing these symptoms…
