I have a 2 servo GFC 500 bracket kit for sale that fits M20J and K with 8130's.  The dealer ordered the wrong bracket kit for my M20G.  I elected to keep this kit at the time because I owned a M20J as well.  I have since sold the M20J and I have no need for this.  I paid around $1900.00.  I would like to get $1000.00 shipped.

It has the mounts for roll and pitch.  The yaw servo would mount in the other hole, but the kit doesn't come with the components to hook up yaw. Yaw kit can be ordered separately along with trim kit if wanted.  I am more than happy with the two servo setup in my M20G.

It will mount all 3 servos , but only has the complete setup for the pitch , and Roll , The roll mounts in the wing , the other 2 mount in the emp...   Yaw is a waste on a Mooney

No wonder avionics is so expensive.  $2k for a bunch bits of metal and plastic?

Not that I wouldn't buy your stuff if I were imminently going to install a gfc500 because its nice to save 1k for sure!

Remember these are custom made (probably only 30-50 in the last 3 years), not mass produced by a Chinese manufacturer.

But that little pile of bits of sheet metal bent and with holes - 2k?  1k? $250?

You're also paying for hundreds of hours of engineering time and flight tests... Amortized over a small quantity of kits, relatively speaking.

I know that.  We are paying mostly for $100 for bits of metal and $1800 for paper work and legitimate profit motive.

Still / it’s striking.
