New paint and window issue.... am I being unreasonable?

I will say, your experience is unfortunately not uncommon at ArtCraft.  The prize for all your frustrations [most sad], is you received a great paint job [a very common occurrence at ArtCraft].

Tony and the technicians have extreme talent and pride in their work, and it is always obvious when the airplane rolls out of the hangar for pickup.  The other side of the company.................well.............you've expressed it quite well.

I am sorry to hear that as they were considered a top notch shop when I was looking a place to paint my plane. That was 15y ago, so things change. I hope you'll be happy with final product, albeit not with their service. Good luck.

The final product is always excellent at ArtCraft..... my experiences, as well as many, many others have experienced.

It seems you have a very beautiful paint job on your F. Where did you end up getting it done?

I am happy with the final product, just not the journey that it took to get there.

Again, the final product produced is first class.  There is no question of that.

Yerington, NV in 2007. After all these years i still get a compliments on it. They did a great job.
