Has anyone ever travelled in a Citation or Phenom?  The baggage compartment is unpressurized as I understand.  Does it cause things like toothpaste or shampoo to blow up in the suitcase?  Or does that stuff need to be carried in the cabin?

Just curious.

The Citation X I fly now has a pressurized baggage compartment. I’d flow CJs for 23 years and no problems with water in nose and sodas. I always kept crew bags in nose and pax bags in tail baggage compartment.

Other than your potato chip bags popping, you won't have any issues.

Those are fun when they bust open right behind your head at 9000 feet or so . . . .

It’s not pressurized. No issues other than a can of soda or chips explodeing. It’s always the Diet Coke too, glad I don’t drink that stuff.
