Latitude Aviation is proud to list N92EL, which is a 1992 Mooney M20J MSE. N92EL is owned by two brothers who are located in Grand Rapids, MI.

N92EL is well-appointed with an Aspen EFD 1000 PFD, GTN 750, KFC 150 autopilot, and EDM 830 engine management system. There are other avionics and systems upgrades as well and they are listed below.

The cosmetics are in good shape although there is a minor cosmetic dent/ding on the leading edge of the left wing (and there are close up pictures posted below).

The owners have had the plane for exactly 6 years and in that time have flown it approximately 1040 hours which is about 173 hours per year. They rely on it for both personal and business travel so it has been meticulously maintained.

Below are detailed specs as well as links to the logbooks and the high resolution photo gallery. I also have the FAA registration and airworthiness records available and will email them upon request. Please call or email any time to discuss this great Mooney MSE!

For those of you that don't know Neal, he is the consummate professional. A straight shooter and very well respected as an incredibly honest broker. Don't hold it against him that he flies a G36 :)

I don't think you posted enough pictures. :)

Guilty as charged. :) I go out of my way to take as many photos as possible of a plane (there are far more in the high res photo gallery on DropBox). I do this so that buyers can get as accurate a picture of the plane as possible.  I never want a buyer to see a plane for the first time and not have it meet their expectations based off of the photos so I try to take a ton of photos that show "the good, the bad, and the ugly" parts of the plane.

I gotta agree.  I've never seen a plane presented by you that didn't have great photos.

Neal has the coolest planes for sale.  He also has the most information available for potential buyers to make informed decisions.  Neal -  do you know what the leading edge wrinkle is attributed to and why the inspection panels on both wings lower surfaces are not flush?

Hi Brad,

The ding on the leading edge of the left wing has been there for at least the current owner and previous owner's time with the plane.  It may have been a bird strike in the airplane's early life or possibly hangar rash of some kind.

I don't know why those panels aren't flush but I asked the owners' to look into it and see if it can be resolved.

Neal's planes don't sit on the market for too long.  congrats to the new owner.

Thank you RBridges!  I look forward to hopefully working with more owners and buyers in the Mooney community going forward.
