Mooney on Instagram

I had forgotten that Mooney Intl was on Instagram until I got a notification the other day that they requested to follow me (I already followed them).  That's when I realized that they only have 5 people following them.  5.  

 

With the level of participation in Social Media that I assume regular users of this site engage in, I am surprised that more of us don't aren't on this already.  I have to admit they aren't the most active account I follow, but I'll bet if we get them some more followers they will start to post more.  Plus, maybe a couple of our members who work in Kerrville could convince whoever is in charge of the account to start posting pictures from around the factory.  It may be the mechanical engineer in me, but I love seeing these planes at all stages of assembly and watching them come together.

 

Consider this a sign up drive for Mooney's Insta.

Instagram is a social media mobile app where you can only post pictures with captions.  Waaaaaaaaaaaayyyy better than Facebook.  Insta is its slang name.

I got off Facebook in August and am not looking back.

It used to be great, but in the last year I used it, it seemed like I was having to scroll through 99% of stuff I didn't care about to find the 1% of interesting content.

I'm hoping there will be a mass migration toward a groups-based platform like MeWe.com. A lot more secure and a lot less clutter.

I like social media...how else would I know what my beloved heirs are up to? I am blessed with a wicked fast scrolling finger, so stupid politics and pointless click bait don't even bother me. Anybody who can't form a simple sentence without resorting to vulgar modifiers gets sent to "ignore." So, @ameliareiheld will be enjoying pretty Mooney airplane pix. Thanks for the heads up.
