Electronics International software doesn't work on windows 8

I can't be the only one with this problem.

I've got a windows 8 computer. When I try to install the disc with the EI software for the UBG-16 engine analyzer it doesn't work. Anyone got a fix?

have you called the company.  their technical support is usually pretty helpful.

EI has one of the best service organizations. Told over and over through the years, here.

I went to there website to see if you could download the software directly. They had some for a different application.

And, of course, the website has the 'peculiar' fish at the bottom of the page.

I'd look forward to that call.

+1 on calling EI, they will help you figure it out, you may have to run it in a 32 bit mode.

EI's technical help has helped me quickly and efficiently the two times I needed it. They work hard to satisfy their customers and I've never regretted staying with them. Microsoft irritates me often. Sorry to hear about your trouble.
