Reduced power

Up trim

On slope, then flair with min mp.

Rudder aligned with center line.

Pretty much a straight forward Mooney approach.

Well except for the "tuck your wings in close to the fuselage to squeeze through the hole" part.

I've been working on an STC for the Mooney to do that same wing retraction but the FAA is giving me fits with paper work already 25,000 pages long and a 1000 engineering studies.  Pretty soon Ill be able to build a Mooney out of paper. :D

Really neat nature is wonderful.

I read in avweb that the FAA has moved to SB to remove the flight certificate of all bird wing morphing capabilities, and furthermore all birds will be subject to a sleep apnea study, with no flights until 1500 hours of experience is proved in writing and mailed by usps to Kansas.

USPS to Kansas?

I'm confused, I have been mailing all my sleep apnea studies to the FAA in Oklahoma city.

It's getting harder to keep this govt. bureaucracy straight.

My physician for 10 years, (Specialist in internal medicine) has just given up on practice and taken a salaried hospital position. Said enough was enough.

I guess every profession is having its woes.

Unfortunately, I am not seeing the light.
