Best we can figure is that he was dropped on his head as a baby. What was really scary for us was when he told us he has not washed the cargo pants since his trip down to South America!

Almost thought we we're going to do some "brush" work as I saw the end of that runway coming.  :-)

 

However, once airborne 201er did a super job.  Nice flying 201 also.  Thanks for the invite Chris.  Had a good time.

After he finished fueling, I heard the airport manager say "with that sale, January fuel sales are covered". I will post the video link. That was a really long take-off run! So, long that I almost got run over by a plane while filming it!

What I didn't realize Anthony was the guy next to Mike in the group photo is a flight instructor here and guess what he was wearing!! Too funny! It was a shame you couldn't make it over. Great weather and excellent group to hang out with!

On Saturday, January 11, 2014 we'll have the ten year anniversary of the Florida Mooney Group with some surprises. It will be hosted by EAA Chapter 534 at Leesburg (KLEE). Starts at 11:30, but come early!
