New Castle, DE (KILG) Fly In Sep 7th

Hi all,

 

Clester (K owner and new forum member) & myself are proposing a fly in/barbecue which we will host on September 7th at the New Castle, DE airport (KILG) at our corporate hangars.  There is lots of space for parking right beside our hangars and if anybody is interested in setting up a speaker, wings program, etc., we can provide plenty of interior space as well.  Our hangar is located off of taxiway K @ K4.  We are gauging interest and schedule conflicts at the moment but it would be nice to have one big hurrah this year and have a lot of Mooney's in attendance!

 

Any idea's are more than welcome.  Please let me know if the date works for you and if you think you will make it. (wx permitting of course)  I've already queried interest from NJMP members.  Mid Atlantic members and others what say you?

Okay folks the weekend for this event is going to be changed to Sept 28th with a rain date of the 29th.  

 

Is there anyway to change the Thread title?  

 

Mike perhaps you will want to start one if we're going to just make it our big "annual" fly in?
