Anyone have a servicable or yellow tagged engine mount part # 590000 or 590000-509

I have sent two to LASAR over the years. I’m not sure they are still doing weld repairs. But anybody can fix it per 43.13-1B. It has extensive guidance on how to make weld repairs to steel tube structures. If your A&P isn’t a welder, he can supervise a real welder.

Also, depending on where it cracked, there are service bulletins addressing engine mount cracks, with guidance for adding gussets to the mount.

Going to head to the airport later and meet w the A&P to see where it is cracked.

Also contacted Alan Fox and he is checking to see if he has one.

I’ve got one here in Phoenix. Does not have gussets yet.

Doesn't Acorn Welding repair them?   And reports I have seen is that they are pretty much a new mount.

Mount was not cracked but broken…..

you can also see what 25 years does to the rubber mounts( new one in the middle)
