Hello community,

Does somebody know the socket size of the main gear rigging tool by heart or can look it up without effort? I believe that it’s 1/2 inch, but I am not sure.

Need to know the size but don’t have my tool at hand right now.

Many thanks and greets,

Martin

They are 1/2 inch. Which is weird, because the torques you are measuring are more appropriate for a 3/8 torque wrench.

Correct, I use a reverse adapter to fit my torque wrench to them...

FWIW I find it handy to have both the 3/8 to 1/2 adapter with no offset and the 45 degree offset. Tool minutia.

Same here. In my experience, the Adapter would offset the wrench from the tool, thus generating some kind of tilting Moment that makes the tool slip off its intended position which is very annoying when trying to get a precise torque measure.
