Out of the 6 sites I found, only one listed the output for the A-7512-12 at a minimum of 200 Lumens, but no max.  Maybe someone else has a better source.

But I also found the AeroLEDs LED replacement for legacy Nav lamps the shows 500 Lumens @ 7 watts (12v).  A lot more cost, so if you really haven't changed a bulb in 40+ years, then it may not be worth it.  But if the mechanic has changed them or if you've changed them and just not made a mental note, it might be worth it.

There are a bunch of options for LED nav light replacements on AS or even Amazon, et al.    You can get colored LED replacements and then replace the glass lenses with clear polycarb:

I had a Navstrobe set in my airplane before I replaced the wingtips with Orions.   I was happy with them and still have the white one in the tail.
