POH .pdf?

Does anyone have a POH (AFM, owners manual?) applicable to a '74 M-20C in PDF format such that I can load it onto my iPad?

I been thinking about scanning my POH into a PDF, but the file seem to get very large very quick, it would also be nice if you could set it up with indezes, has anyone done this and if so, what software, resolution.
