Eclipse 400 jet

Anyone know the story of this jet?  Given that it was never in production, I'm guessing this is one of the prototypes, but what's it doing out here in Oregon?

Doesn't look like an Eclipse at all... Looks like a standard Cirrus Vision.

You're right, I could have sworn I heard them announcing on the radio as "Eclipse", but I must have been mis-hearing that!
